What have you noticed thus far about trust in your experiences in class?  What happens when you trust?  Where do you find the edges of your trust?  Do the limits of your trust vary by day, by situation, by...?  Has your ability to trust changed over time?  What promotes trust? What limits your trust?  How do your observations about trust on the dance floor connect to your life off the dance floor?

What are the different qualities of sensation?  How do you feel about the sensations you experience?  What is the value in cultivating your ability to pay attention to sensation (in life and in dancing contact improvisation)?
