Zotero Instructions

You will need this program for most of the reading for this class - additionally, I am hoping that after a month or two of using it, you will also love it.

Click on the link below and go to Zotero's website. Then click on the big red "Download" button (you will need to do this in Firefox rather than Explorer or Safari...this is the only drawback.) You may also then download the "word processor plugins" if you want to link the program with either open office or Microsoft office; the plugins are immediately below the big red button. After starting up the program, you will then need to create an account (it is free, they produce no e-mail, it is entirely innocuous and you can delete it after the course if you like.) Click on the "people" tab near the top of the main zotero page and then click "sign up now" in the yellow text box. Follow the directions and you should be all set. When you are done, please e-mail me your zotero username so I can invite you to the class bibliography.
