Writing for the Web
Research shows that writing on the Web is most effectively understood when it is "Scanable, Consise and Objective." This means using the active voice, one topic paragraphs, clear headers of different sizes, and bullet and numbered lists more than you would in narrative writing for print or ebook reading.
