Do Wear:

  • t-shirts
  • tank tops
  • sweatshirts
  • sweatpants
  • yoga pants or other knit pants
  • leggings

*Bare feet are required in class.*

Do NOT Wear:
  • pants that drag on the floor
  • large dangling jewelry
  • shorts (unless you are comfortable getting some floor burns and bruises on your knees)
  • tights with feet
  • tights that your underwear shows through (unless you have shorts, pants or a leotard over them)
  • jeans or other street clothes
  • anything that restricts your movement or makes you hesitant to move your body fully
