Make a plan for a short routine that you can do daily or every few days over the break so that you don't lose the strength, flexibility and coordination we've been building this semester.  You may use any of the exercises from class in the entirety or take pieces and parts to design your own conditioning and body awareness routine.

Be ready to describe your plans in class on Monday.
